- Update the ENVOY_COMMIT and ENVOY_SHA in bazel/repositories.bzl to the latest Envoy's commit.
- Update .bazelrc to envoyproxy/envoy@d496759
- Update .github/config.yml to mobile/ci: Temporarily disable Mobile/Perf envoy#45448
- Update tools/code_format/config.yaml to http: new filter chain filter envoy#42912
- Update requirements.txt
