Compiling a kernel with the patches

On Ubuntu follow this guide:
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Kernel/Compile
Apply the patches before entering the section “Build the kernel”.

After installing the new kernel, add the following line to /etc/modules:
hid-magicmouse
