from `rust-toolchain` to have same Rust version etc. installed as *non* Nix users. Note: PATCH version for `channel` is needed here and not an issue as mentioned in emilk#145 (see emilk#145 (comment)).

PATCH version for channel is needed for this PR and not an issue as mentioned in #145 (see #145 (comment)).
