This adds an "Eject ADF" item to the Workbench Tools menu. With any number of disk icons selected, choosing Eject ADF will attempt to eject them.

I've tried to create this as a separate pull request from the vbcc changes, even though I needed them to build DAControlGUI in order to create this 😀
It won't work when iconified as that sleeps in its own loop. I might have a go at fixing that next!
