Include on "Decompress GZIP files" description it's GA on 9.3.0

• create a new stack
• open the filestream integration page
• add the integration, choose the option "Add integration only (skip agent installation)" (it's on the left bottom corner of the page). You'll reach the page to configure the integration
• check the copy for "Decompress GZIP files"
• install the integration version of this PR

cd packages/filestream
elastic-package build -v
elastic-package install -v

• go back to the integrations page
• open the filestream integration page
• add the integration, choose the option "Add integration only (skip agent installation)" (it's on the left bottom corner of the page). You'll reach the page to configure the integration
• check the copy for "Decompress GZIP files": it should be the version on this PR
