Summary
Bumps the ECE
currentversion4.1.0→4.1.1inconfig/versions.ymlfor the ECE 4.1.1 patch release.Mirrors the documented ECE 4.x version-bump process (e.g. #1981).
Important
Do not merge until release day. Draft until ECE 4.1.1 GA. After merge, the docs-engineering point person updates the ECE version in staging/prod.
