Looks good to me – this is just a patch bump from 2022.3.62f1 to 2022.3.62f3, and the only change is in ProjectVersion.txt.
As long as CI passes and you’ve checked that 62f3 doesn’t introduce regressions on your target platforms, I don’t see any issues with merging this.
If you want to add a bit more context, you could also drop a link to the Unity 2022.3.62f3 release notes in the PR description, but that’s more of a nice‑to‑have than a blocker.
