I build full-stack AI systems end to end: scoping ambiguous problems, designing the architecture, implementing the backend and interface, evaluating the system, and shipping it to real users. Currently freelance, after 7 years running Le Wagon Paris.

- 🏛️ Most recently led a 6-month mission on a sovereign RAG assistant for the French State (~70 beta HR users, 8,300+ evaluations, 0.60 → 0.83 global score).
