site_url:
This is the base URL where the documentation site is accessible online.
Example: If your site is hosted at https://docs.edgexfoundry.org/4.1, then your site_url should be https://docs.edgexfoundry.org/4.1.

site_dir:
This is the directory where the built version of the documentation site is output.
Example: If the output files are stored in the folder docs/4.1, then your site_dir should be set to docs/4.1.
