This PR improves artists display for Android Auto.
The display choice is made via a setting in the preferences.
The display setting for list or thumbnail view is shared with albums with "Grid view for albums and artists" setting.
Also added: search results are displayed by list or thumbnail following "Grid view for albums and artists" setting.
