This pull request introduces a GitHub Action workflow to perform static code analysis using Cppcheck on the build toolchain. The workflow is designed to identify potential bugs, stylistic issues, and configuration problems in the C++ codebase. The analysis results are generated in XML format and uploaded as artifacts for review.
