First pass at adding versions to the stats:
When the CI runs it for the current version it updates:
stats/<version>.json- versioned fileci-stats.json- latest (for easy access)Then when a version gets bumped it creates a new
stats/<version>.jsonand the old one sticks around so we can go back and compare
