- Added JIRA Requirements Compliance chart (placeholder logic).
- Implemented system-aware Dark Mode with toggle switch.
- Removed ROI 'Est. Saved' widget.
- Added real engineering metrics: Tests Created, Mean Coverage, Infra Cost.
- Updated grid layout to 3 columns for balanced widget distribution.
