Move the JSON Schema support documentation from mcp-server.md to file-formats.md where it is more contextually appropriate alongside the MCP config file format specification. Also add $schema property to the example MCP config JSON. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
