is there any chance to get this one merged so me and others don't need to fork to fix deps and access raw candidate data? |

I wanted to make a population observer, that writes out the entire population to file. In order to do so I needed access to the entire population from the observer,so I added it to the population data.
Also brought uncommons-math to version 1.2.2a
