Drone only supports Windows 1809 and up.
Use a environment variable for the git version to use. This will make it easier when updating versions. Also remove build container since a version of nanoserver with powershell is being used.

FYI, I've made a new PR to upgrade to latest Git on both Windows and Linux. |

Update git to 2.23.0 and also make it easier to update the version being used.
