Description

This pull request updates the .github/CODEOWNERS file to reflect changes in team ownership assignments.

• Updated repository-wide ownership from @dragonflyoss/dragonfly2-reviewers to @dragonflyoss/dragonfly-approvers.
• Changed .github directory ownership from @dragonflyoss/dragonfly2-maintainers to @dragonflyoss/dragonfly-maintainers.
