Matriad web app

• The website meant for the Matriad Programming Language
• It is in a WIP state, the playground is currently in development

Do not be fooled by the Rust percentage, this is a JavaScript project. The Rust part of the code contains a huge list of words for a random word generator, which is why it is assumed to be the main language of the project, by GitHub.
