@BillWagner Please merge this PR, which adds a file to the additional-files folder for tests in the ref-fields and scoped feature spec.
I think you'll have to ignore the failing tests, which have nothing to do with this PR; they are a holdover from problems I reported earlier with the draft-11 creation.
