The Java.Interop bump in this PR increases the size of lib_Java.Interop.dll.so and lib_Mono.Android.dll.so, which causes the apkdiff regression check in BuildReleaseArm64(True,MonoVM) to fail. Refresh the apkdesc baseline with the values generated by the Windows-4 test run from build 1467660. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
