This repo contains the files from the bioinformatics workshop at USC Columbia. There are two types of files.
- rmd: These files are the Rmarkdown used to generate the associated html outputs.
- html: These are the final reports. Download them and open them in your browser to view.
- pdf: The presentation portion of the workshop
