Updates README.md to position npx doc-detective install-agents as the primary installation method, matching the structure introduced in PR #254. Resolves existing merge conflicts and keeps both OpenCode and Codex documentation.

- Add "Quick install" section with `npx doc-detective install-agents`
- Restructure per-agent sections to show install-agents first
- Move native commands to "Fallback" subsections
- Resolve merge conflicts between OpenCode and Codex plugin content
- Keep both OpenCode and Codex documentation
- Document all supported --agent ids and flags
Update agent IDs to use the correct values from the install-agents
CLI implementation: claude, copilot, gemini, codex, qwen, opencode
(without the -code/-cli suffixes).
Document the new postinstall behavior that prompts users to install
agent tools when npm install doc-detective detects supported agents.
Include environment variables to skip the prompt (CI,
DOC_DETECTIVE_SKIP_AGENT_PROMPT) and TTY requirements.
