Main:
- run_tests.sh requires and uses PYTHON_BINARY, not python${PYTHON_VERSION}
- run_tests2.sh setups python version and runs run_tests.sh
Also:
- "ADD --chown=xxx:xxx . /pg/testgres" is used
- Dockerfile--std2-all.tmpl is optimized for docker cache
