Add the output for tracking CLI documentation

Much like with the probabilistic tracking output, I'd vote for cleaning the output/extracting a part of the tracks from the output.

Probably showing the raw tracking output and the cleaned output would be helpful so that users are aware of what the raw tracking looks like (idem for the probabilistic method).
