G1 parity with Go2

Non-goals:

• 1-line Install
• Working without ROS / Docker

Definition of done:

• User has a G1 Edu
• User ssh's into their G1 (no backpack)
• User follows basic install steps (install docker, install dimos)
• User can run the following and it work over ssh:

humancli

terminal 2

docker compose up

terminal 3

dimos run unitree-g1-agentic

• On the user's laptop, if they setup port forwarding, they can see lidar / path / robot box rendering on Rerun
• On the user's laptop, if they setup port forwarding, they can use the command center

Testing standards:

• We need to actually run this on the G1 in the office
