Изменение работы со слотами в vue3. Раньше при передаче слота, он отбрасывался и компоненту-хэндлеру передавался чистый VNode, теперь во vue3 он оборачивается в Fragment, а значение слота перемещается в поле children. Из-за этого может неявно сломаться логика не только у ui-select.
