Ports the Dependabot review workflow from open-chat-studio into the docs repo so uv/github-actions bumps get an automated changelog + breaking-change assessment.
Adapted for this repo rather than reused as-is: no Node steps (no
package.json), and the prompt is scoped to the two ecosystems Dependabot tracks here (uv,github-actions), focusing on the build stack (zensical/mkdocs/mkdocstrings) and runningzensical build --clean --strictas the merge-safety signal.Requires the
