This fixes the following error when starting the container:
"expected env ${var} to be present.

There were a few missing environment variables on app-hub, which lead to the errors like the following:
So I basically just merged the whole environment from https://github.com/dhis2/app-hub/blob/master/server/.env.template to
app-hub/.apphub.env.I also took the liberty to made a few improvements:
