Fix retry screen

I remake the entire screen using unity ui elements.

Some suggestions UI only pieces:

1. To update your UI Scale Mode on Canvas Scaler Script to Scale with screen size
2. To use Event Systems and click events instead of scripts with update methods
3. To use TextMeshPro instead of Text
4. To use anchors to define components sizes to make it responsive
