Overview
Rewrites the JSDoc on searchDependicusIssues in GitHubIssueService.ts so draft vs ready-for-review behavior is described in neutral terms (drops the informal “bot that yells / honk” wording). No runtime or filtering logic changes.

yarn.lock picks up transitive patch/minor bumps (@napi-rs/wasm-runtime, @tybys/wasm-util, node-gyp, semver, tar, tinyglobby).
