The current footer divider cuts off at the end of the arXiv email. This means that papers which have only been replaced with a revised version are classified and displayed along with new papers.
This is a proposal to ignore the revised versions and consider only new papers to display. The rationale is that the abstracts of these revised papers never appear in the email anyway, so there is not enough data to classify them automatically. Also since there is no abstract to display, they just end up being clutter in the final list.
An alternative would be to display these papers separately in the UI, but I think it is safe to just omit them for now.
