This PR updates the CI test workflow to run against a “dev” Watcher instance by providing a service URL in the test job environment, and increases the lint job timeout to reduce flakiness.
Changes:
- Increase
lintjob timeout from 1 to 5 minutes. - Add a Watcher server URL environment variable for the test runs.
