本PRは、GEM の単一項目一括更新において、更新対象が NestTable 配下の要素を含む場合に発生していたエラー/誤動作を回避するため、DOM 要素の特定とフォーム状態リセットのロジックを調整するものです（closes #1927）。

#id_tbl_bulkupdate配下の走査を子コンビネータ（> tbody > tr）に変更し、ネストした<tr>を誤って処理しないように修正- 一括更新対象外行の入力値リセット処理を調整（
file型 input を除外） - プロパティ切替時の表示制御を簡素化し、ページエラー表示をクリアする処理を追加
