A list of variables and example usages can be found at the bottom of any action's settings under the "Variables" button.
Use Firebot on multiple computers? Make sure to set them up in the instances window. You can open the instances window using the "Instances" button at the bottom of any action's settings. Once multiple instances are set up, you can set an instance at the top of any action's settings window.
