Hello…
Welcome… to Classic Documentary Vault…
Your home… for whispered mysteries… and chilling true crime stories.

Tonight… we talk about one of the most haunting unsolved mysteries…
The case… of Elisa Lam…

Elisa was a 21-year-old student… visiting Los Angeles in 2013.
She stayed… at the infamous… Cecil Hotel.
A place… already known… for strange deaths… and dark history.

On January 31st… Elisa disappeared.
For days… no one knew where she went.

Then… police released a strange video…
Elevator surveillance footage…
It showed Elisa acting… very strangely.
Pressing multiple buttons…
Hiding in the corner…
Stepping in and out… as if… someone invisible… was chasing her.

Weeks later… hotel guests complained… about the water pressure… and the taste… of the tap water.
Maintenance staff checked the rooftop water tanks…
and found Elisa’s body… floating inside.

But the question remains…
How did she get there?
The rooftop door was locked… and alarmed.
The tank was heavy… and difficult to access.
Did she climb in herself?
Or… was someone else involved?

Some say… it was a mental health issue…
Some say… foul play.
And others… whisper about something… paranormal.

To this day… no one truly knows… what happened… to Elisa Lam.

So tell me…
What do you think?
Was this a tragic accident… or something more sinister?

Thank you… for listening.
