fix: correct repository URLs from deapi-develop-tester to deapi-tester

All repository URLs incorrectly referenced deapi-ai/deapi-develop-tester instead of the actual repository deapi-ai/deapi-tester. This caused:

• Incorrect npm package metadata
• Broken Open Graph previews on social media
• Wrong issue tracker links in documentation

Updated 8 URL references across 5 files:

• src/app/layout.tsx - Open Graph metadata URL
• package.json - repository, homepage, and bugs URLs
• llms.txt - 2 ecosystem link references
• README.md - clone instructions and bug report link
• .github/CONTRIBUTING.md - clone URL, cd directory, and issues link
