Build fails with message The 'Newtonsoft.Json 12.0.2' package requires NuGet client version '2.12' or above, but the current NuGet version is '2.8.50926.602'. According to https://stackoverflow.com/questions/42173657/package-requires-nuget-client-version-2-12 you may need to upgrade VS first.
