🚨 Severity: MEDIUM
πŸ’‘ Vulnerability: The GET /data/training/rewards endpoint in the Token Engine service was public and lacked authorization checks, allowing unauthenticated users to export global high-fidelity reward logs.
🎯 Impact: An attacker could enumerate platform-wide reward data, potentially gaining insights into regional market performance and driver behavioral patterns across all fleets.
πŸ”§ Fix: Integrated helmet for baseline security headers, implemented JWT authentication, and added a specific authorization gate that rejects tokens containing a fleet_id, ensuring only system/admin-level access to global training datasets.
βœ… Verification: Verified via services/10-token-engine/tests/security_hardening.test.js which confirms 401/403 responses for unauthorized requests and correct helmet header delivery. Passed the full service test suite (22 tests).

This commit hardens the L10 Token Engine service by:
- Integrating helmet() middleware for standard security headers.
- Implementing authenticateToken middleware to enforce JWT-based security.
- Securing the /data/training/rewards endpoint with both authentication and authorization checks.
- Preventing unverified global data enumeration by restricting access to administrative tokens (those without a fleet_id).
- Ensuring the service fails securely if JWT_SECRET is not configured.
