Reconstruction being incorporated into LArSoft currently under uboonecode/BasicShowerReco in v 06_50_00.

SSNet -> LArSoft hit creation incorporated into uboonecode repository's DL_br branch with this commit. Instructions for running SSNet pixel tagging available here.

Additional cosmic-removal after SSNet: take all pandoraCosmic tracks which pass within ROI of vertex, but not associated to vertex. Apply quality cut on length to make sure they are muons. Remove all hits associated to these tracks, as well as all hits from delta-ray PFParticles associated. Output stored @

/pnfs/uboone/scratch/users/davidc/ssnetclustering_cosmicremoval/
