The FTC documentation is usually published in HTML and PDF. These formats are passable for AI use but not ideal. We need Markdown docs broken down into logical units. Markdown provides plain text with minimal markup that is semantically useful. Smaller logically grouped chunks help reduce context size and keep focus on the topic at hand.
We acknowledge that some of these documents are copyrighted. We don't want to violate copyright for gain or misuse -- we just want better documents optimized for use in AI assistants. All of this knowledge and content was created by FIRST and users should keep that in mind.
