In short:

Removed fixtures to minimize file size
Removed deck.gl from most packages where its not strictly required and replaced it with direct imports
Added custom vite configuration for building some packages, since I needed a way to build them in isolation with peer dependencies, instead of a mono repo build


          Changed package structure to no langer have deck.gl as dependency
