This skill was developed through building https://github.com/datalust/seq-app-telegram, and an (as-yet unreleased) Seq OpenTelemetry output app.
There are a few useful additions yet to make; in particular, it'd be good to provide more information on local testing options. Definitely highly usable as-is, however.
