How to set this up in GitHub: Go to your GitHub Repository and click the Wiki tab.

Edit the Home page and paste the text above.

Click New Page on the right side, title it exactly development-guide, and paste the v3 development workflow text we finalized earlier into it.

The link on your Home page will now automatically hook up to that guide!
