The ORTHOIMAGERY.ORTHOPHOTOS are already available on the geoplatform for wmts and will be will no longer be served from wxs.ign.fr in mid-January 2024. This is therefore a fix for the future. See https://geoservices.ign.fr/bascule-vers-la-geoplateforme for more info.
