This pull request adds AppKit-based app templates for Databricks Apps, generated with a script based on databricks apps init: databricks/appkit#136

Templates

All templates are built with @databricks/appkit v0.21.0 (React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS):

Template Plugins Description
appkit-all-in-one Analytics, Lakebase, Genie, Server All plugins combined in a single app
appkit-analytics Analytics, Server SQL query execution against Databricks SQL Warehouses
appkit-files Server, Files File browser for Databricks Volumes and Unity Catalog
appkit-genie Genie, Server AI/BI Genie conversational interface for natural language data queries
appkit-lakebase Lakebase, Server Fully managed Postgres database for transactional (OLTP) workloads

Fix appKitTypes.d.ts result types for analytics templates
df789c2 
Replace `result: unknown` with concrete array types so AnalyticsPage.tsx
compiles without TS errors.
