Bumps from 1.4.1 — same merged PR content (#14), version increment so in-app updater on 1.4.1 picks up the new build. Highlight: Anthropic prompt caching saves ~90% on input cost for the static tool/system prefix after the first turn within a 5-minute window. Co-authored-by: Isaac

Version bump only — same code as v1.4.1 from PR #14. Going 1.4.2 instead of overwriting 1.4.1 so the in-app updater fires for users on 1.4.1 and they actually get the prompt-caching wins.
Once merged, rebuild with
make mac && make win, then I'll cut the v1.4.2 draft release.This pull request and its description were written by Isaac.
