Previously the any parent which ended with a "/", e.g. `foo/segment/` would be interpreted as a "filename" and so the parent URL would be resolved to "foo" rather than "foo/segment".
Previously resolved URLs were normalized, and trailing slashes were removed, this meant that children of any resolved link would lose the information indicating that their parent was a folder and not a document, causing relative URLs to be misinterpreted.

This PR attempts to address #93 , and fixes two unrelated issues, but fails to reproduce #93 in a failing test.
