…e similar to behaviour of ListView fastscroll. Default timeout value set to 10 seconds. Adds : * public void setTimeout(long desiredTimeout) * public long getTimeout() * public void setScrollAlwaysVisible(boolean scrollAlwaysVisible) * public boolean getScrollAlwaysVisible()
… previous commit to set/get timeout value.
Fix to also catch negative deltas for vertical change.

Patch set to add similar functionality to that of the ListView fastscroll where it disappears after a certain amount of time has elapsed.
