Automate some QA tasks of the ACR MRI Phantom on Octave
Runs on Octave. These auto-QA tests are based on Large MRI Phantom Test Guidance for ACR MRI Accreditation Program (06/05). Our MRI images are acquired following Site Scanning Instructions for ACR MRI Accreditation Program (12/02).
Instructions: Run "main.m"
Change the constants in main.m to fit your site's phantom.
