Split orbit-core command/search.rs (2,963 lines) into a search/ module
Deleted obsolete files including .antigravityignore, GEMINI.md, and various MCP configuration files across .gemini, .grok, and .vscode. Updated .gitignore to include new entries for .codegraph, .vscode, .grok, and .gemini.
